Inspired by Frida Kahlo’s house in Mexico City, but also the colors, flowers and patterns frequently found on Provençal table clothes and pottery, this piece celebrates summer with a wink to Italy thanks to the “Rosso di Levanto” faux marble top. Base of Annie Sloan Primer Red. Flowers and decorations in Frida Blue, Arles ,Provence, Honfleur, Original. Dry brushing in Arles and Honfleur. Polished Plaster for the top and Clear Wax for protection and sheen. This piece was part of the Annie Sloan Summer ‘24 color challenge.
