Emperor’s Silk is a bright pure red Chalk Paint® color, reminiscent of the silk lining of a jacket. It is also the red of Chinese lacquer, especially when deepened with Black Chalk Paint® Wax. Use it in the interior of a cupboard or drawer for a pop of color.

Technical information
250ml is enough to cover approximately 25 square ft.
500ml is enough to cover approximately 70 square ft.
1 litre is enough to cover approximately 140 square ft.

Porous surfaces such as brick may also require additional coats. This should be factored in when considering your quantity.

Please be reminded that Chalk Paint® requires a protective coat of either Wax or Lacquer, sold separately. On floors and outdoor furniture, seal with Chalk Paint® Lacquer.
